I also like their iphone application that lets you perform important tasks straight from your iphone. You can restart the server, add/remove email accounts, buy domain names, etc. Directly from you phone.
Like most web hosting companies these days you can also easily install applications onto your domains. There is a one click installer that lets you install things like Wordpress, Drupal, Zencart, and Magento.
